Plenty of good food. Brand-new rooms & excellent bathrooms. Particularly good position right off I-70, in the secure area.

Modern accommodation with brilliantly friendly staff members at check in desk. Very impressed with room assigned on arrival. Marvellous, favourable location in Richmond, near to Richmond, IN, an excellent Indian restaurant, and resturants. Also, right off I-70. The hotel of choice in Richmond.

Beds were too soft.

I recently stayed at a hotel off the Interstate and had a great experience. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and our room was well-appointed, despite being a bit dusty. The bed was a bit firmer than we would have liked, but we still managed to get a good night's sleep. The location was very convenient, right off I-70, making it easy to access. The hotel offered a modest breakfast, and the staff, although a bit disorganized, were friendly and helpful. our stay at this hotel was enjoyable.

There were some minor irritations during our stay, such as an extra charge on my credit card that I was not informed about.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Richmond for two nights while attending a conference nearby. The location was perfect, with easy access to the interstate and close proximity to a variety of restaurants. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. The shower had good water pressure, which was a bonus. I also appreciated the easy registration process online and the prompt response from the staff when I needed a missing TV control replaced. They even offered me a complimentary breakfast ticket for the inconvenience. I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved every bit of our 2-night stay here! Got our room as soon as we arrived and it had a nice private bathroom 😊.

Room had a comfy king-sized bed and a cool flat-screen TV with cable. It also had a microwave for quick snacks. the bathroom was amazing, especially the tub – it was super relaxing after a long day. 🛁
